At Expert Dental Care we believe in looking out for the environment as well as our patients!
We are equipped with the latest dental practice software providing our patients with a paperless experience.
All your patient details including your medical history can be entered on an iPad which is linked to your file. You can also book your appointments online at a time that suits you and complete your medical history at home. Consent forms can be viewed and signed digitally on an iPad. This reduces paper consumption, manual errors and saves time. Your treatment plan is provided to you digitally.
Is it your child’s first dental visit? We know this can be a little scary for them.
Please let our staff know and we will make every effort to ensure their first visit is a pleasant and memorable one. We can arrange to give them a tour of our practice so they can get a feel for the place and meet our staff and dentists before they are booked in for a proper dental check up, so that when they come they feel comfortable and familiar with us.
If your first visit is due to an emergency, then we will ensure that you are taken care of promptly, or if you are booked in for a comprehensive examination and X-rays, we will provide you with all the information necessary and a suitable treatment plan to fit your needs.
